These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Comella’s Auto Detailing to all customers. By booking or receiving any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Services
1.1 The Company provides professional vehicle detailing services, which may include but are not limited to: washing, claying, compounding, polishing, waxing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, and specialty services.
1.2 Services are performed to the best of our professional ability; however, results will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, age, paint, and prior maintenance.
Appointments & Scheduling
2.1 All services are by appointment only unless otherwise stated.
2.2 We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain services or larger jobs.
2.3 Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, vehicle condition, or client misconduct.
Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Client must disclose any known damage, defects, or special concerns regarding their vehicle prior to service (e.g., weak clear coat, faulty trim, loose parts, aftermarket wraps/decals, sensitive electronics).
3.2 Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before service. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
3.3 Client must ensure the vehicle is presented in a safe and accessible location for detailing.
Liability & Damage
4.1 While we take the utmost care during detailing, the Company is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing scratches, dents, rust, fading, oxidation, or paint/clear coat failure.
• Mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after service (e.g., faulty windows, locks, aftermarket electronics).
• Damage resulting from undisclosed conditions of the vehicle.
4.2 In the unlikely event of damage caused by proven negligence of our staff, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected area, not exceeding the value of the service provided.
4.3 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Health & Safety
5.1 For the safety of our staff, vehicles with hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, excessive biohazards, rodent infestation) may be refused service or subject to additional fees.
5.2 Our employees reserve the right to stop service if they feel unsafe or threatened at any point.
Payment & Pricing
6.1 All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing depends on the size, condition, and requested services for the vehicle.
6.2 Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.3 Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds & Satisfaction
7.1 Due to the nature of detailing as a service, all sales are final.
7.2 Refunds or partial refunds may only be considered in cases of proven negligence or failure to perform the service agreed upon.
7.3 If the Client is dissatisfied, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion so we may review and, if appropriate, attempt to resolve the issue.
Weather & Environmental Conditions
8.1 Mobile detailing services are subject to weather conditions. Services may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe or prevent proper detailing.
8.2 The Company is not liable for environmental factors that may affect results after service (e.g., rain, dust, pollen, road salt).
Photos & Marketing
9.1 The Company reserves the right to take before-and-after photos of vehicles for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
9.2 No identifying license plates or personal information will be publicly displayed without client consent.
Warranties & Guarantees
10.1 The Company does not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections. Some may be permanent or beyond repair.
10.2 Any express guarantees provided in writing will apply only to the specific service listed.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Comella’s Auto Detailing, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Misrepresentation of your vehicle’s condition.
• Use of our services.
Amendments
The Company may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted and effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which the Company operates.
